Features of the house:

The country estate is surrounded by fields and cattle since there is farming activity.  Animals are admitted as long as they are kept out of the house. There are suitable places to protect them from the rain, cold and wind.

Rooms:

Number of beds/ places: 14 people.

*4 double rooms (twins beds).

*1 room with a singles beds.

*1 room with a twin bed and two single beds.

 

Each room has its own bathroom with bath. Besides, outside the rooms there are two more bathrooms.

Inside:

The whole extension is 537’80m2 although 339’10m2 of them are really useful.
Kitchen with microwave oven, oven, dishwasher and fridge, lift for three people , alarm system connected to the police, living room with a fire-place, TV and DVD, central heating, dining room apart from the kitchen , library with a service of borrowing, computer with internet,     wireless router , playing room for children,  reading  for adults.

Outside:

The whole extension is 1,121.30m2.
Parking space, garden furniture, swimming pool , changing room with shower ( one for women and one for men) and a toilet, barbecue, terrace, a hermitage called  Remei  in the same estate on a small hill  suitable for all kind of celebrations, security cameras with 24hour recording and a lawn garden with tables and stone benches.
